 Women of all ages and skill levels are welcome at ALL of our camp locations. We have camps in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Colorado, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois, West Virginia, & Ohio.
All of our camps are conducted in safe and well supervised hotels and small college campuses.
We have successfully conducted our Personalized Women’s Camp for over 10 years. Past camper Tocarra Montgomery made our 2004 U.S. Olympic Team, while past counselor Sara McMann won
a Silver Medal. Our Women’s Camps are
for girls ages 8-18 in MI, Carlisle, or Allentown,
PA locations. We have had Women Wrestlers at
our camp ages eight and older including many adults for over a decade. Girls are welcome during any weeks of our camps.

Girls will get to learn from a variety of coaches and clinicians. Past Clinicians have included Olympian and past camper TOCCARA MONTGOMERY, Olympic Silver Medalist SARA MCMANN,
World Team Member ERIN TOMEO, and Harvard graduate and Pacific University Women's Coach DANIELLE HOBEIKA. We promise a great staff for 2008.

Curriculum: The younger less experienced girls will focus on technique and skill development. After covering the basics, the more experienced teenage girls will have the opportunity to learn more advanced skills while being challenged with lots of drilling and plenty of live wrestling opportunities. We will have a good blend of folkstyle and freestyle wrestling. In addition to on-the-mat training, we cover nutrition, strength training, and mental preparation. We also emphasize scholastic achievement and college preparation. Please see our camp brochure and web page for much more information.

History: We have been conducting overnight camps for 15 years and this will be our 10th Girls’ Camp. They have all been very successful. We run a very tight ship. Wrestlers are required to stay on the hotel premises. We check on the campers every morning and night, and we are very accessible throughout the day.
Staff: My wife, Laurie Chertow, and I are the camp directors. We surround our campers with many great coaches and counselors. We live in the hotel throughout the duration of our camp along with our entire staff and the campers.
